I have read somewhere that all your free time should be used for practice. Wait. How do we define free time then? Say I have an eight to five job, does this mean I allot 2-3 hours practice time before I sleep? I am already tired from work. I would probably travel four to six hours a day so by the time I get home I will never have any time left to do anything but sleep. There would even be days where maybe I won't even have energy to remove my clothes.
